Audi A4 ABS Problems – Brake system fault

Audi ABS brake booster

Brake system fault stop carefully – this highly worrying message is currently plaguing later generation Audi’s especially the Audi A4 (B8 and B9 gen). During this failure there will be no emergency braking assistance from the ABS, leaving only standard braking in effect.

The ABS pump and module will store the fault code C123EF0 - Hydraulic Brake Booster Limit Value Reached and will cause the ABS warning light to become constantly illuminated.

We are seeing large numbers of these Bosch ABS units, across a range of Audi models, failing in this exact way. Owners are being told to replace the ABS pump at a huge expense to resolve this issue.

We have a better resolution – test and rebuild of your existing ABS pump and module, without the need for coding when you receive it back, complete with an unlimited mile Lifetime Warranty. Our in-house R&D team have developed a solution that can be carried out within 2-3 working days to get you back on the road as soon as possible.

Good morning I have a Audi A4 Avant I have experienced a brake servo fault warning on dash. I have replaced a faulty brake servo pressure switch.Unfournately C123EFO is stored and will not clear. Can you confirm that you can fix this fault Also do you need the ecu and pump as a unit or can you fix with the abs ecu only supplied. Also can you give time frame and cost of repair. Best regards Kevin
