Fault code; "C1401 - Return Pump Fault"
This is a very common fault for all Mercedes Sprinters built between 1999-2006
When the ABS pump fails the ABS light will remain on, if you have taken your car for a diagnostic check it will have the following fault code stored; "C1401 - Return Pump Fault".
This will mean that your ABS pump has failed and will need to be replaced. The main manufacturer is currently charging a small fortune for a replacement unit. We can now remanufacture your own ABS pump to a new specification and provide a Lifetime unlimited mileage warranty*.
During the remanufacturing process we use higher specification than standard components so you can be assured that your Sprinter ABS pump will not fail again.

Print the payment/booking confirmation email.
Package the Mercedes Sprinter ABS pump inside a sturdy box with plenty of packaging material (make sure you include your confirmation email in the box).
Send us your package by tracked courier (the shipping instructions are on the confirmation email).
Once received we will test, rebuild and return your ABS pump with an unlimited mileage lifetime warranty. (if your unit turns out not to be faulty then we will refund your payment less a small testing fee and return shipping)
What if I don’t want to pay up front?
This is not a problem, if you prefer this option then follow the following steps:

Print the booking confirmation email.
Package the Mercedes Sprinter ABS pump inside a sturdy box with plenty of packaging material (make sure you include your confirmation email in the box).
Send us your package by tracked courier (the shipping instructions are on the confirmation email).
Once received, we will test your ABS pump and call you to advise on the outcome of testing, if your unit is faulty and you choose to go ahead with the rebuild then we will take payment over the phone using a debit/credit card.
We will then rebuild your Sprinter ABS pump and return it to you with an unlimited mileage warranty.
