Lifetime Warranty

All our components and labour have a lifetime unlimited mileage warranty from the date of purchase for any problems resulting from manufacturing or workmanship defects (Lifetime Warranty). The Lifetime Warranty does not include any shipping, removal, diagnostic, coding, programming, software download, and/or mechanic charges. The Lifetime Warranty does not authorise the refund of a component purchased in error due to misdiagnosis by you of the vehicle fault.

We will, at our option, repair, replace or refund the price of the defective component, if: 

• you give us notice in writing within a reasonable time of discovery that any of the components do not comply with the Lifetime Warranty;
• we are given a reasonable opportunity of examining such components; and
• you return such goods to us for inspection and testing together with the attached warranty claim form and any relevant information;

We will not be liable for a component’s failure to comply with the Lifetime Warranty if: 

• you make any further use of such components after giving a notice that the components do not comply with the Lifetime Warranty (as required above);
• the defect arises because you failed to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use or maintenance of the component or (if there are none) good trade practice. Such factors include, but are not limited to; water damage, fire damage, over voltage damage, part being damaged as a result of another defective part in the vehicle, damage caused by jump starting the vehicle, improper use, use in an application for which the part was not intended, or untimely return of core unit (if applicable);
• the defect arises as a result of us following any drawing, design or specification supplied by you;
• you alter or repair the component without our written consent; or the defect arises as a result of fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal working conditions.

The terms of this Lifetime Warranty shall apply to any repaired or replacement component.

Excepts provided in this Lifetime Warranty document, we shall have no liability to you in respect of a component’s or our labour’s failure to comply with the Lifetime Warranty. For the avoidance of doubt, we will not be liable under the Lifetime Warranty for any labour costs, or any indirect or consequential damage whatsoever and howsoever caused (including but not limited to consequential damage to other parts of the vehicle, injury, loss of income or profits, recovery or car hire costs) which arise as a result of a component’s or labour’s failure to comply with the Lifetime Warranty. Please note that this does not restrict your statutory rights in respect of defective products – please see our terms and conditions, which set out these rights.

If you are a consumer we will not accept any liability under the Lifetime Warranty unless the person seeking to rely on it is the original purchaser or can produce a letter or chain of letters from the original purchaser and subsequent purchasers (where appropriate) transferring the benefit of the guarantee to the new owner of the property in question.

If you are a business, the Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and is valid for as long as you own the vehicle only.

The Lifetime Warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights in relation to defective products and at our sole discretion and we may amend them at any time. Nothing in this Lifetime Warranty will affect your statutory rights.

In the event of any conflict between this warranty and our own terms and conditions of sale this warranty will prevail.
