Common Faults:

Audi Q2 DSG7 transmission ECU malfunction will cause gear selection problems and loss of drive. These units are extremely common to fail and will often cause fault codes to be stored including: P1604 005636 - internal control module, P189C 006300 - Function Restriction Due To Insufficient Pressure Build Up, 10902 / P17BF – Hydraulic Pump Play Protection and P0562 001378 - System Voltage Low. Failure of this part may also cause the mechatronics 30A fuse to continually blow. If I purchase this will it cure my fault?

REBUILD DETAILS

Rebuild details (“Get Yours Rebuilt”): Professional level diagnostic equipment and/or specialist knowledge may be required when reinstalling, clearing of fault codes and professional diagnostic checks should be carried out following installation. In order to get your unit rebuilt you will need to remove the faulty unit from the vehicle and send it to us, we would then test the unit and if it is faulty we would rebuild it then return it to you with a Lifetime* warranty. When you complete payment the unit will be automatically booked in to our workshop and you will receive full step by step instructions for sending the unit to us, you will also be able to track the progress of the unit at every stage using the “Track Your Part” link located at the top of most pages of our website. If the unit turns out not to be faulty then we would refund your payment and just charge a test fee of $70 + return shipping. Please make sure you check the part numbers on the unit match the rebuild service you are purchasing. Not all parts can be repaired. If the part is not repairable, we will refund your payment and ship it back to you. If you send in an item that does not match the one in the description, we will contact you and try to rebuild it if requested. We recommend the following couriers when sending your unit to be rebuilt: DHL Express.

Turnaround time: 
The quoted turnaround is the estimated number of working days we will likely need your unit complete the work. It does not include shipping time, weekends or national holidays. In some instances it may take longer to complete your unit if we need to order parts or if your unit requires extended testing.

However In exceptional circumstances we may need to replace the software within your unit (if it is corrupt or causing problems) if this is the case then we will inform you of this before rebuilding the unit.
