I had a failure on my instrument cluster of my Focus 2010 reg. My local Ford dealership wanted over £1600 to supply & fit a new cluster. I had initially thought about scrapping the car but apart from this problem it was in a really good condition. The service and communication from ECUTesting was excellent throughout the whole process. 6 months on from installing the fixed cluster, the car is in great condition and has had no further issues.

Had my power steering pump repaired which turned out to be much cheaper than buying a new pump, and also easier than trying to find a used pump, as this model doesn't appear much on eBay. The pump was returned within 5 days. Note mechanic will need to use a plug-in fault tester after re-fitting the pump to reset the steering position sensor otherwise it reports a fault on the dashboard and disables the traction control.
