Mech removed and online form filled out, prompt collection next working day. Kept informed via email and text. Completed payment and unit received next day. Unit refitted, cleared codes, had issues called the helpline and received relevant information to rectify, bit of fiddle to get Basic Setting to complete but after a few goes it took and the car drives lovely. All in all excellent service and customer service great.

I had the common faulty instrument cluster come on fairly suddenly, over the course of the following week it got progressively worse and to the point of me being unable to start the car.
